The 2023 Chardonnay Singer Lake Vineyard is in Berrien County, Michigan on a 3rd generation of the Lemon family farm. The vines were planted 20 years ago and are Dijon clones 95 and 96. Barrel fermented in a mix of older and newer French oak barrels for about 15 months. Delightful with pan-fried lake perch, scalloped potatoes and ham, morels in cream sauce or popcorn and a movie!
