The 2024 Glacier’s Edge Blaufrankisch is the current release of what has become a very popular wine amidst our Wyncroft Club members and continues to win favor with our new guests. Meticulously farmed in Howell, Michigan by our friends Bill and Lisa Hendricks, this noble grape from Austria makes a lustrous hued wine brimming with blue and red berries on the front palate finishing with a little spicy overtone on the back of your tongue. We love this wine during the summertime as it’s a rich red that can take a slight chill without losing it’s sumptuousness, making it a great wine to pair with grilled foods or a summer charcuterie plate.It’s also a brilliant companion to hearty winter stews or game meats.
